Hi, I’m Nicole. *

I work with the body and the mind.

I combine strength, mobility, and modalities so you can learn how to move with yourself, not against yourself.

My work is relational, situational, emergent, and alive.

I’m here to support a shift you can feel and live from.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Movement is the entry point, but the work goes deeper than a typical training session. We’re not just building strength — we’re updating how your nervous system organizes effort, stress, and recovery in real time.

The goal is for clients to feel supported from the Inside Out — steadier under physical load, clearer under mental pressure, and capable of meeting life’s demands without bracing or second guessing themselves.

  • Sessions are movement-based and individualized. Each session is built around how you show up day of — energy levels, pain/irritation, asymmetries, and strength.

As you move, we make small, real-time adjustments to position, tempo, and range. When your body signals something isn’t working, we respond instead of forcing it. Repeated feedback works to build new neural pathways — change follows.

Each 60-minute session follows a consistent arc:
    a) warm-up
    b) progressive movement work
    c) massage and facilitated stretching to support integration and reset

  • During the Initial Mapping Session, we will explore a recommended session cadence based on how your body is currently organizing itself.

Ongoing work runs on a rhythm of four, six, or eight sessions a month.

    Billing is handled monthly.

  • There is no required minimum commitment, but this work isn’t designed to be short-term. Changes build over time through consistent training and attention.

Some clients come in for a specific chapter. Many stay long-term as their practice evolves.
